Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a StreamZilla account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using StreamZilla on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos and assets you upload. You confirm you own or are licensed to use the content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or any applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use StreamZilla to host unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices exclude VAT.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability and offer an SLA on the Enterprise plan. The service is otherwise provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StreamZilla is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
